To register thirty vintage vehicles and vehicles of particular historic interest is paid tax collectors Provincial transcription (IPT) to a limited extent.

Per i motoveicoli l'IPT è di euro 25,82.

Per usufruire della riduzione, si fa richiesta al Pubblico Registro Automobilistico (PRA) indicando gli estremi di legge (art. 63, comma 4, della L. 342/2000).

Veicoli d'epoca di interesse storico e collezionistico ultraventennali
Sono considerati veicoli di particolare interesse storico e collezionistico ultraventennali gli autoveicoli e i motoveicoli:
-costruiti da oltre vent'anni e da non più di trenta (salvo prova contraria, l'anno di costruzione coincide con l'anno di prima immatricolazione in Italy or in another state)
-not for professional use or used in the conduct of business activity, arts or professions
detected annually with their determinations by ASI (Italian Historical Automotoclub) and IMF (the Italian Motorcycling Federation) For motor vehicles

IPT is € 51.65. For motorcycles
IPT is € 25.82.

To obtain this reduction, it is PRA request indicating the details of the law (Article 63, paragraph 4, of Law 342/2000), also presenting the certificate for vehicles Asi.

for motorcycles is rather long as they are listed in the list of historic motorcycles of the IMF.
